Abstract.
In the article the author’s vision of development problems of innovative economy in terms of perception of human nature, his social beliefs and prejudices is offered. Certain aspects are devoted to factors contributing to the development of selfishness, its interpretation in modern society and a direct impact on economic trends. It is obvious that a person resides in the spatial world of economy interacts with the world, affects it and feels a great influence of the environment. Innovations and traditions are closely related components of the social development. Tradition provides stability, sustainability, consistency, preservation and reproduction of ideological values. The system of traditions fixes certain worldview, cultural experience, way of life. Novation is the chief sign of creativity, development, development in general. The dominance of traditionalism is the basis of inertia and stagnation, but rapid innovation in turn carry the risk of chaos and destruction. Therefore, an innovative way is the key to harmonizing the relations between tradition and innovation, which provides social progress. Each one of us is a social being, that is, lives in a society, interacts with it, must adhere to certain standards and rules of social beh * avior: to adhere to certain moral standards that are developed by an earlier stage of development, traditions and habits. Person performs and is subject to the laws and legal institutions in society, adopted in the country. The author emphasizes the need to take into consideration the features of socialization, which are directly proportional to market mechanisms, have a direct impact on economic mechanisms of human civilization as a whole. The economy can not be built contrary to human nature. The history of civilization has shown that there are only two impact stimuli on people to make them work more productively - violence and personal interest. For millennia, people prefered to use violence as it seemed simple. It took a century of wars, revolutions and rebellions to understand that this is not the best way to increase productivity. Key words: positive development, innovation, pursuit of justice, selfishness, reserve potential, knowledge economy, space-oriented type of development, economic crisis, unemployment, lobbying.
