Abstract. The article examines the specific features of innovative infrastructure development of rural territories in the context of structural and technological transformation of the economy. The aim of the study is to substantiate the principles of innovative environment development of rural territories and to identify the factors that determine their competitive advantages, resilience, and quality of life support systems. The research methodology is based on systemic, integrative, and project approaches, which make it possible to view innovative infrastructure as a multi-component territorial construct that includes technological, institutional, social, and digital elements. The use of analytical methods made it possible to reveal the specifics of the socio-economic relations influencing modernization processes and innovative-driven growth in rural areas, as well as to identify directions for institutional transformations. The results of the study present the key patterns and determinants of the formation of innovative infrastructure in rural territories, emphasizing the role of digitalization, cooperation with agricultural enterprises, development of human capital, and integration with educational and research institutions. The paper offers recommendations for improvement of the management of infrastructural development, including the implementation of digital services, support for small farms, and the expansion of public-private partnership mechanisms. The findings may be used by regional and municipal authorities in designing rural territory development strategies, as well as in educational programs aimed at training specialists in agriculture and managers. The presented results contribute to understanding the conditions for shaping a modern innovative space in rural territories and enhancing their competitiveness. Authors’ contribution. L.A.
