Abstract. Macaroni production of the Republic of Crimea, in contrast to the Russian pasta industry, faced a number of problems that adversely affect its development. The region is provided with the best grades of hard and soft wheat, while in the republic there are only a few manufacturing enterprises, a clear monopoly among which is LLC “Crimean pasta factory”, specializing in the production of a wide range of pasta of various varieties. The purpose of the article is to identify dynamic trends of pricing for pasta in the Republic of Crimea. In the process of research, scientific methods such as economic and mathematical methods were used that were employed to quantify trends in the development of the market of pasta in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Crimea and statistical methods were used during processing and generalization of statistical data and their reflection in the most informative form - tables, figures and others. Investigating the dynamic trends of pricing for pasta, it should be noted that in this case, the pricing factors are: a high level of competition in the pasta market and the quality of products sold. It is well known that pasta refers to goods accessible to all segments of the population, as a result of which trade enterprises offer products of different price segments. On the shelves you can find pasta products, the price of which will be in a very wide range. Essential influence on the selling prices of pasta is provided by such indicators as the raw materials used for production, brand reputations (image) – its popularity and popularity, the level of coverage of the market, the conditions for the formation of economic ties that ensure the principle of commodity circulation.
