Abstract.
In the article the principles of management of the motivators considerably increasing efficiency of productive activity of staff of an enterprise are considered. The analysis of practice of application of various methods of motivation revealed both positive, and negative aspects of their use. The existing models of motivation are various according to their orientation and efficiency. Therefore, the author believes that it is necessary to reveal by means of which management motivators it is possible to increase considerably efficiency of the production activity of staff of an enterprise. The author marks out that the motivation acts as a kind of engine of the organization, providing activation of the personnel, increase of its interest and loyalty. Motivational tools can take various forms, both material, and non-material. In various combinations and conditions of application they can have various impact on the personnel, and, as a result, on the efficiency of the activity of an enterprise. The effective, adapted motivational system can act as a powerful and an effective tool in human resource management of the organization.
