Abstract.
The article studies and analyses the problem of social and psychological climate, discloses problems of its management in enterprises. The characteristics of the vectors are given and the process of organizational changes is analyzed, the importance of this problem is proved. The definition of the category “organizational changes” is given and their place in the management system of the enterprise is shown. It was stated that the efficiency of measures of organizational changes in many aspects is determined by a positive social and psychological climate in the process of the changes implementation. In the course of the study the conception of creation and support of the social and economic climate in the general structure of organizational management was studied. The definition of the social and psychological climate was given and prerequisites for its development in modern enterprises are revealed. The parameters that make up the content of social and psychological climate are given. The examples of the factors of the influence on the changes of social and psychological climate in the organization are given. The necessity of support and the development of the social and psychological changes in the enterprise is connected with the overcoming of the opposition to the changes of the employees of the firm in the course of organizational changes. The article specifies reasons for the opposition to the changes from the part of the employees. The study showed that the level of conflictness is lowered at the presence of a positive social and psychological climate. The statistical data of the trade unions showing the corresponding dynamics of the conflictness level in the enterprises of the Southern federal district are shown. The methodologies of the study of the social and psychological climate from the point of view of a practical use are analyzed. Three methods of studies of the conflictness level of the stuff in an enterprise are used. The article displays the results of the applied research for the development of the system of the enterprise management both on the level of the Volgograd region as well as the Southern federal district. Objects of research were presented by the collectives of the enterprises of the construction industry of Volgograd.
