Based on the analysis of agricultural enterprises potential of individual types of structures it is shown that for the regions of Southern Russia, it is advisable to form integrated structures of small low-tech agricultural enterprises and large enterprises for processing agricultural products. The scheme of such interaction. Measures to increase the level of capitalization of resources for the modernization of agriculture in the South of Russia are proposed: development and implementation of programs promoting integration between enterprises of different types of structures, priority of objectives of a balanced regional development in policy documents, performability and resource support measures to encourage these interactions.
