Abstract.
In article on the basis of the analysis of evolutionary dynamics in the agricultural sector of the Russian economy external and internal factors that determined its raw model of development are determined. Problems of the transition of the agricultural complex of regions of the South of Russia to a non raw model of development of the South of Russia that are being analyzed as conceptual imperatives of the policy of the transfer for a non raw model of economy are shown.
