Abstract.

In article the main problems of reforming of the housing-and-municipal sphere in regions of the Southern Federal District are revealed. The comparative assessment of the activity of economic structures participating in this process is given. Restrictions of the increase of the efficiency of process of reforming of the industry in the regions of the Southern Federal District are investigated.
