Abstract.

In the article on the basis of the analysis of the municipal infrastructure of the Rostov region expediency of the implementation of concession arrangements for modernization projects of this infrastructure. The factors constraining the development of concession relations, the main directions of development of the concession arrangements in the field of public utilities are determined.
