Abstract.

In the article the urgency and the conceptual problems of the spatial economics are based. The problems of the creation of the development of the economic space, its main features are determined. The author underlines that the goals of the social and economic development set for the country on the basis of the modernization and innovations focuse the attention on the problems of the spatial development, elaboration of the strategic course directed on the research, taking into account and realization of the advantages of the territorial diversity of the national economic space.
