Abstract.

In article the directions of the development of spatial economy were shown, the necessity of search of universal cross disciplinary instruments, methods of realization of the transformations within the framework of certain spaces, and also mechanisms of concordance and balancing of interests, ways of self tuning of economic space with the purpose of effective realization its potential was grounded.
