Abstract.

The article explains the relevance of the scientific support of the newly created instruments for efficient management of territorial development in Euroregion mezogranitsah Geospace "Donbass" - federal program of international status. This project will create a new impetus to the development of architecture geotranzitnoy economy Euroregion "Donbass" macro-region of southern Russia.
