Abstract.

The important role of government institutions in providing the innovative industrial development at the regional level is shown in the paper. The article focuses on the reasonability of industrial companies’ integration into the structure of a cluster. Main directions of governmental institutions development as key elements of industrial clusters support in the region are suggested. The paper includes priority spheres of clusters' development for the regions of Southern Federal District.
