Abstract.

The article proves that the growth of the agricultural production in the regions of the Southern federal district is mainly connected with the scientifically based organization of the economic activity that should be directed towards the ecological and economic justification of all the complex of the measures determining the introduction of the soil protecting system of the farming in the agricultural production.
