Abstract.

In the current moment a great importance has the problem of the creation of an efficient managerial system of the investment activity of a region as an important part of the functioning of an investment project. Such a system will ensure the development of the industries that are the base of the regional budget, to develop the regional infrastructure, to increase the efficiency of the investment policy, the most important tool of its realization is state and private partnership.
