Abstract. The purpose of the article is to assess the promising areas of development of digital ecosystems of agribusiness, due to modern trends in fintech. The objectives of the study include a general assessment of the digital ecosystem market in agriculture, establishing key trends in the development of Russian fintech and points of their possible convergence, and determining promising areas for the transformation of ecosystem business models. It was revealed that the agricultural sector is predominantly represented by non-financial digital platforms and ecosystems, most often functioning in the format of product marketplaces, which determines the active growth of e-commerce and online trading in the industry. Among the key trends in the development of Russian fintech are customer centricity and hybridization of experience, open and secure data exchange, including open interfaces, practical implementation of the concept of open banking and open finance, artificial intelligence as a general-purpose technology, post-quantum computing, and others. It is substantiated that the incorporation of fintech innovations into the business models of non-financial digital ecosystems of agribusiness will facilitate their integration with the financial services of fintech companies and traditional financial intermediaries, transforming classic banking products into services built into user-preferred marketplaces and industry value chains. The development of built-in financing services will have the most noticeable impact on the small and medium-sized business, for which the availability of traditional financial intermediaries is objectively limited. At the same time, fintech innovations will facilitate the transformation of the business models of digital platforms in agriculture, facilitating  their transformation  into multifunctional  industry ecosystems,  including  the  businesses  in  the form  of collaborations with digital government platforms and services.
Key words: fintech, digital ecosystems, open APIs, open banking, open finance, open data, innovation.
