Abstract. In the modern world, studying the issues of digital transformation of service sector organizations is becoming increasingly relevant due to the need for organizations to respond quickly to changing tastes and consumer demands in order to maintain a competitive position in the market. Service sector organizations that actively implement digital technologies adapt more easily to changes in the market, improve the quality of customer service, expand the geography of their presence, reduce costs, automate marketing, and have a high level of data protection. At the same time, service sector organizations seeking to improve their position in the market should study and follow the trends in the digital transformation. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to analyze modern trends in the digital transformation of service sector organizations. General scientific methods of analysis were used in the work: analysis, synthesis, generalization, deconstruction method, axiomatic, and holographic methods. The study of trends in the digital transformation of service sector organizations was carried out in seven areas: technological, economic, social, cultural, and environmental ones, as well as in the areas of integration and security. Within the framework of technological innovations, trends in the use of artificial intelligence technologies, chatbots and virtualization were identified. The trends in the economic direction are reducing costs and expenses, changing the employment structure, and creating digital loyalty programs. On social media, there are influencers and thematic communities in social networks. Cultural trends include new leisure formats, collaborations, and local brands. In the security sphere, these are new access systems and means of protection against cyberattacks. The integration area involves the creation and use of platforms and ecosystems. The ecological sphere deals with information openness and the introduction of digital control systems. The results of the study can be used by organizations and government agencies providing services, developing, and implementing digital solutions based on current trends.
