Abstract.

The article deals with the urgency and advisability of the development of the participatory process in municipal administration. The character of the influence of the participation on the formation of plans for the social and economic development of municipal formations is identified. Specific measures to improve the participatory process at the analysis of current issues of municipality administration are offered.
