Abstract.

The article contains the review of the scientific report “New course: strategy of the breakthrough”, prepared by the adviser of the President of the Russian Federation, the director of the National Institute of Development, the academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences S. Yu. Glazyev and by the member of the Civic chamber of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the Council for the Study of Productive Forces, the corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences G. G. Fetisov.
